Former safety course, RV 199, still in use for de-' parture from Sibenik from center of canal between Ziarino and Duania Islands. Yugoslav ships follow either course RV 199 or the coastline. The ship GALI~D using course RV 199 at a speed of 16-17 miles was encountered 7 miles from Icenter of canal, and dropped anchor near Ziarino Island, while Fort St. Nicolo transmitted OR signal by blinker.
