The change of RBD boundaries was be n on 1 January 1955 and will not be completed before 1 April 19o Therefore, it is possible that RBD boundaries still may be subjected to slight modifications. The introduction of the Soviet dispatcher system made the changes necessary, Coordination of boundaries wi th. the predominant traffic pattern was another reason for the changes.: It was originally intended to revise RBD boundaries in the fall of 1951..
