I. A ten--page report on the visit of the Norwegian Youth Leader Delegation to tht
Soviet Union is available in the CIA Library.
2. The report covers an inspection of School No. 515, a model. school in Moscow of
which the Soviet hosts were especially proud, but in which the Norwegian visitors
could find nothing that was not common practice in their own country.
3. When the delegates inspected kindergart6rs in Moscow, Leningrad, and Yerevan,
Armenia, they noted that the standards were somewhat lower than those in Norway,
but that these institutions were "one of the good and encouraging" things to be
seen in the Soviet Unions

after a demonstration of fact, falsehoods were still accepted as the truth.
