2. The shipyard area covers 850,000 square meters and has over 70,000 roof-
covered square meters. A considerable number of barracks for shipyard employees
are located within the shipyard area. The shipyard is surrounded by a concrete wall
which is three meters high. The entrance to the shipyard is guarded by double
sentries for purposes of checking pass cards. The shipyard has the following
equipment`
1. One ship's berth of old construction, 90 meters long and 30 meters wide
2. One newly constructed ship's berth; about 50 meters long and 25 meters wide
3. A floating dock of about 6,000 gross tons
4. A floating dock of about 3,000 gross tons
5. A floating dock of about 600 gross tons
6. Two pontoons of about 1,600 tons capacity
7. One pontoon crane with a lifting power of over 100 tons
8. A pontoon crane with a 70-ton lifting power
9. Fifteen electrical or steam cranes with lifting powers between 2 and 35 tons
3. The war damages have been repa4red, and/a large machine shop, a smaller machine
shop, four warehouses, and two Jovver plants have.been recently constructed.
