okc 1 ya offiees are In the center of the city on Red 3qusre and on the tk ird floor
of the former finance office building across from the aaasole am. This ]w tter
building is 3-stories high in addition to a basement, approtoly 15 by 30
meters in else, and has a clock town above it1 the first and second floors are
occupied by the Pleven Okolt,:a Peoplons Coumall. Informant did not know the loca-
tion of the okrug State Soot'ityy .Meatier in Pleven.
