The Market continued very quiet both here and in London.
FOREIGN FLAG LIBERTY:
Seeing that Buyer's price ideas are,very low, most of the
Sellers have withdrawn. Buyers believe that a foreign flag
Liberty is not worth more than $ 6 0 0 / 6 2 5, 0 0 0 on todays
Market, while Sellers have prices in excess of $ 7 0 0, 0 0 0
in mind. Similar disproportion in price ideas prevails in
London where just a few Buyers are showing interest at
about 12 3 0 , 0 0 0 with about 60% cash and balance over two
years.
FOREIGN FLAG T - 2 TANKERS:
There were a few purchase inquiries in the past few weeks.
One of the Buyers indicated $ 1 , 0 0 0 , 0 0 0 all cash.

A U. S. flag Liberty was sold with a Bareboat Charter back
to the Sellers at $ 5 Z 5 IF 0 0 0 . About 6074 cash and balance
is payable in last three years of a six year Bareboat Charter.
An amount equal to the cash invested is payable as Bareboat
hire in the first three years, We have Sellers who will
