1. Matty Fox, former owner of Zoro Corporation and a stockholder in the
Indonesian Service Corporation, has sold out his entire interest in
the Zoro Corporation to a Mr John Lee and has released the former
interest he had in the Indonesian Service Corporation to Mr Hasjim Ning.
2. Matty Fox is, at present, confining his activitiet.to the production
of television movies in the US. This, no doubt, was occasioned by his
married relationship to Mr. D %x Blumberg, a well-known film. executive.
His wife is a sister of Mr. Blumberg.
3. The Zoro Corporation, which has offices in Djakarta and New York, has
no connection with anything automotive. One of its principal accounts
is the Remington Rand Company.
