On file in CIA Library is a French translation of a 57 page Spanish
pamphlet entitled "Le Present et L'Avenir Politique de L'Espagne".
This was written by Gabriel Maura y Oamazo, Le Due de Maura, who is
the son of the late Antonio Maura, former Prime Minister of Alfonso
XIII and leader of the Conservative Monarchist Party. The article
sums up, among other things, the Spanish-US agreement for air bases
in Spain.
