MEMORANDUM FOR : Members of CS Historical Board
SUBJECT Codification of CSHB Decisions
1. One of the long-felt needs of your Executive Secre-
tary has been an easy method of finding out what the Board
had decided on a particular matter, or whether it had ever
considered the matter at all. Recently
volunteered to do this job, and completed it a. few days ago.
I believe it an excellent piece of work, and already find it
very useful.
2. It has occurred to me that it might be useful to
Board members as well, and hence, I am forwarding you each
one under cover of this memo. It is for your retention.
3. As it is always possible that there may be errors
or omissions in such a. work as this, I should appreciate
your calling to my attention any that you may find.
4. In the future, I shall have my copy with me at Board
meetings so that we may quickly ascertain if the Board has
made a policy decision on any matter that may come up, and,
if so, what it was. I believe that this will be a, help to
us all.
