ies completed and in process.
3. Discussion of draft
This is the revised statement of Missions and Functions
of the Historical Staff.
4. Discussion of HS/CSG, its card and document collection
and means of ensuring that they remain under CS control.
(See my memorandum to CSHB on this subject)
5. Executive Secretary's report on personnel and progress
made in the various CS components. (Attachment 1)
6. Discussion of question as to who writes Fitness Reports
on persons assigned to the CS Historical Program; and
the related question of there being a direct supervisor
in each CS component. (See Attachment 2 which is a
draft memorandum.)
7. Discussion of the advisability of` having all CS histori-
cal personnel in slots allocated to CSHB or under con-
tract to CSHB rather than to the individual com onents.
(As it is now, we have no-slots, and our
is designed to handle only persons performing a service
of common concern, such as editing and typing.)
