Approved For Release 2009J/9/14: 1~- 2 P V0764R000400010016-1 29 March 1971 HHgh: 25X1A9a the DDP Office called this afternoon to advise me that the Professor had requested a meeting with the DDP. 25X1A9a (I had alerted you and bout this.) She said that DDP is snowed under since his return and cannot spare the time to hear the Professor out. TK asks that I convey to the Professor his pressing schedule and ask whether I could not take note of whatever problems he has and bring them to DDF attention. You can imagine how this would go over. I realize the problem of your own busy schedule but would it be feasible to tell the Professor that DDP has a full schedule of meetings for some time and asks that he discuss the problems and progress of the historical program initially with the DDP Historical Board. If such a meeting could be held discussion f the first two points of my accompanying memo should be delayed for a later meeting. Or possib g7g a have other suggestions as to how to finesse this on Approved For Release 2000/09/14: CIA-RDP83-00764R000400010016-1
