The C6 Historical Program
1. This is further to my comments of 13 March
and on Mr.r., Colby's draft memo, "Archives, History
and ords" .
2. The DDP memorandum of 4 February 1972
(DD/P 72-O56) to the Executive Director-Comptrolle
concerning the CS historical program lists eight
proposed guidelines for the continuing CS program

draft o and in our discussion with him on 23 Larch
way. There has been no direct response to the DDP's
mho, however. In any forthcoming discussion with
the Executive Director-Comptroller, or in a response
to his memo, it might be useful to request his views
on the specific guidelines we have advocated for the
continuing CS historical program.
