Such duty involves the handling of explosives and incendiary materials in an approved training, testing and oper- ational support program. The rate of the hazard pay differential, the condition of payment, and the nature of the hazardous duty are in compliance with the schedule of hazard pay differentials prescribed in Federal pay regulations. . (C) For your information sixteen prevailing rate employees are also drawing an environmental pay differential for performing hazardous duty.
