The Deputy Director of Support designated the Office of Security as the Executive Agent for the purpose of establish- ing and managing a program to reduce vulnerabilities of clas- sified data stored outside of Headquarters. The study did not include contractors facilities. B. A task force was formed with representatives from each Directorate. The task force identified facilities and assigned a vulnerability category to each. Category I being the most vulnerable -- Category IV, the least. Vulnerability was based upon a number of facts: a. Ease of access to the storage area b. Sensitivity of stored data c. Identification of the building and/or documents with the Agency. D. The Office of Security proposes to survey all Vul- nerability I and II facilities in an attempt to upgrade their physical security. E.
