OSTRACT
This document furnishes an interesting if 'lightly biased view of
the duties of General Grow, a military attache in Moscow. Using quotes
from Grow's diary, Squires states that men like Grow are bent on destruc-
tion and that Churchill, Truman, and other Western leaders endorse his
wal!like actions. References to American Intelligence, pages 3, 4, 16,
and 17.
