SUBJECT Review of Office of Security
CIARDS Summaries
The CIARDS applications of the Office of Security
employees summarized in the attached folder have been
reviewed at length
They have advised that although there may be some
activity in the summaries that has not been considered pre-
viously, the information is far too vague and general
to pin point any specific incident. The only way to
expand the information and obtain factual data regarding
the extent, dates, and authority for the alleged activity
would be through a personal interview with these individuals.
Since the existing ground rules preclude this, I see no way
to pursue the matter further at this time.
