ONE OSA-I WAS LOCATED IN THE FLOATING DRYDOCK AT CABANAS NAVAL BASE. ANOTHER OSA-I WAS OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 8 NM NORTH OF CABANAS PORT ON A WESTERLY HEADING AT 1655Z AND ON AN EASTERLY HEADING AT 1703Z.
