AT VARIOUS CUBAN PORTS DURING
1970 AND 1971, THIS IS THE FIRST
OBSERVATION OF A KOTLIN-CLASS DDG.
A SAM KOTLIN-CLASS DDG IS A
MODIFIED KOTLIN WITH A SURFACE-
TO-AIR MISSILE LAUNCHER IN PLACE
