SIGNIFICANCE: THIS IS THE FIRST IDENTIFICATION OF AN SA-3 SITE IN NORTH VIETNAM. 2. LOCATION: 10.2 NM SOUTHWEST OF HANOI,-AT 20-56-40N 105-43-43E 3. BACKGROUND: THE FIRST INDICATION OF SA-3 MISSILE EQUIPMENT IN NORTH VIETNAM WAS THE IDENTIFICATION OF APPROXIMATELY 90 SA-3 MISSILE CANISTERS LOCATED IN THE DONG DANG AREA ON 4. REMARKS: VIETNAMESE BORDER. (SECRET 21-54-SON 106-40-10E, 3.5 NM FROM THE CHINA/NORTH VICINITY OF DONG DANG TRUCK PARK 4~2 -- SITES NVN 45 AND NVN 577.
