APPROXIMATELY ONE NAUTICAL MILE NORTH OF THE PORT,
A SERGEY BOTKIN CLASS SOVIET FREIGHTER (NOT DEPICTED ON
GRAPHIC) WAS OBSERVED. IT HAD APPARENTLY BEEN DAMAGED
AND WAS PROBABLY RESTING ON THE BOTTOM WITH WATER APPROACHING
THE LEVEL OF THE MAIN DECK. AT LEAST THREE POSSIBLE FITTER
