1. SIGNIFICANCE: THE UN CHECK POINT, REPORTED SITE
OF THE SIGNING OF THE EGYPTIAN-
ISRAELI CEASE-FIRE AGREEMENT, WAS
IMAGED ON PHOTOGRAPHY 25X1
THE DATE OF THE SIGNING.
2. LOCATION: THE UN CEASE-FIRE CHECK POINT IS
MIDWAY BETWEEN THE ISRAELI AND
EGYPTIAN LINES ON THE CAIRO-SUEZ
ROAD APPROXIMATELY 56 NAUTICAL MILES
(NM) EAST OF CAIRO AT 30-05-30N
032-15-15E.
3. MISSION READOUT: THE CHECK POINT WAS ACTIVE WITH
PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT. TWO MEDIUM-SIZE TENTS WERE ON
THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE ROAD. AT LEAST SIX SEDANS WERE AT
THE CHECK POINT. FOUR TRUCKS (NOT ANNOTATED ON GRAPHIC)
