4. MISSION READOUT: ON 28 FEBRUARY 1974, FIVE OSA-I
PTFG AND 16 KOMAR PTG (SIX NOT PRESENT ON GRAPHIC) WERE
OBSERVED AT CABANAS NAVAL BASE. OTHER NAVAL CRAFT (NOT
ANNOTATED ON GRAPHIC) INCLUDED ONE POLUCHAT YPT (TORPEDO
RETRIEVER), ONE YP (TRAINING PATROL CRAFT), ONE PROBABLE
YP, ONE PROBABLE PO-24 AND ONE LAUNCH.
