1. The Security Plan which had been prepared by this
Division for the protection of Agency buildings located in the
area of the demonstration was placed in effect at 0830 hours,
28 August 1963. All phases of the plan were implemented
without incident.
Z. The placerrent of the security officers in strategic
locations in the demonstration area proved to be most helpful
in keeping the ('Office of Security Command Post informed of
all developments taking place in the area.
