I. This memorandum is in response to your request that
a review be made of cable dissemination requirements in the Office
of Security.
2. The following changes are recommended:
a. In paragraph i, entitled MISSION, the under.
lining should be deleted and that portion contained in the
parenthesis should be removed.
b. In paragraph 2 I, there should be added,
and the shipment of physical security items to Field
Stations and Bases.
c. In paragraph 2 X, there should be added to the
sentence excluding those originated from
d. An additional paragraph should read: ?Cables
concerning the construction, renovation, or acquisition of
any U. S. Government owned or controlled facility which
houses or are planned to house any Agency element" and
