SUBJECT Polygraphing of Industrial Contractor
Personnel
1. The Director of Security has established as a
matter of policy that Phase II as Well as Phase I questions
Will be asked during the polygraphing of employees of
Industrial Contractors who require Visitor-No-Escort
access to Agency facilities and installations.
2. Effective immediately, polygraphs of Industrial
Contractor employees, requiring VNE access, will include
Phase II testing.
