This is to confirm my conversation 18 June 1970
STATINTL with of your office in which I advised
him that the Brookings Institution, has no objection and no
proprietary interest in the revision and publication of an
unclassified version of "Wheres What" prepared by
STATINTL while under a Brookings' Federal
Executive Fellowship in 1965-66.

Since the original publication of "Wheres What" was
authored by while under a Brookings' Fellowship,
I would appreciate a statement being made in the unclassified
version to the effect that "the interpretations and conclusions
in such publication are those of the author or authors and do
not purport to represent the views of the other staff members,
officers, or trustees of the Brookings Institution."
