1. As you know, we took possession of all the papers
stored in Mr. Allen Dulles' house at the time of his death to
sort out those which were Government property or had secu-
rity implications which would require our retaining them.
2. as been reviewing all the files
and has recently gone through two large folders marked in

response to Mr. Dulles' request, and it has, therefore, been
determined that they are properly part of the OSS Archives.
Accordingly, the are delivered to you for proper storage.
