today. I showed him the files which, according to
after completing his review, could be returned to the estate and
subsequently to Princeton University if such disposition was agreed
upon.
2. took a look at the volume of papers involved
and had a drawer full delivered to an office on the seventh floor
which he uses.
3. I advised of the request made by W. Carter
Bowles, Jr., Covington & Burling. He requested of Mr. Houston
that the papers belonging to Sullivan & Cromwell, the legal firm
with which Mr. Dulles worked before coming to the Central Intel-
ligence Agency, be identified and returned to that company. Mr.
will be on the lookout for any such files or papers and will
separate them from the other papers during the course of his
examination.
4. Chief, Security Records & Communications
Division, will make necessar arrangements for the delivery of all
