1. This file was given to the Director of Security on
25 September 1972 as there appeared to be a renewed interest
in such an organization.
2, The Acting Chief, Executive Staff, asked whether
it would not be advisable to obtain the views of the various
components in anticipation of a formal request, I advised
him that the Executive Director-Comptroller may take a dif-
ferent approach to this matter which then would require ad-
ditional coordination with our components. He agreed to this
approach.
