During the month of February, the Information Review
Group received 248 Privacy Act cases and closed 235.
During the same period, we received 19 Freedom of Inform-
ation Act cases and closed 17, As of 29 February, IRG
had a backlog of 160 Privacy Act cases and 39 Freedom of
Information Act cases.
