The Compartmented Information Branch (CIB), during March deleted 5,326 names from the SPECLE Computer and added 5 341 names bringing the total number of names in SPECLE II to ~on record at the end of March 1976. There were 1,589 cable actions and 63 briefings and debriefings conducted by CIB personnel. Twenty-seven (27) hardcopy computer reports were supplied to various Intelligence Community customers during March. 2. One hundred thirty-five (135) CIA employees and 51 non-CIA individuals were briefed on various compartmented programs. The House of Representatives, U. S. Congress was the largest non-CIA customer this month with 7 persons being introduced to several compartmented activities.
