The Compartmented Information Branch,(CIB), during July deleted 1,659 names from the SPECLE Computer and added 1,692 names bringing the total number of names in SPECLE II to at the end of July 1976. There were 1,682 cable actions an briefings and debriefings conducted by CIB personnel. Thirty (30) hardcopy computer reports were supplied to various Intelligence Comm n.ity customers during July. 2. Three h ndred (300) briefings were given to 180 CIA employees. In addition, 172 briefings were presented to non-CIA personnel, as follows: U. S.
