The Compartmented Information Branch, (CIB), during September deleted 1,173 names from the SPECLE Computer and added STATIN x718 names bringing the total number of names in SPECLE II to llllllllllllllon record at the end of September 1976. There were 1,858 cable actions and 86 briefings and debriefings conducted by CIB personnel. Twenty-four (24) hardcopy computer reports and five (5) micro Fische were supplied to various Intelligence Community customers during September. 2. Two Hundred Ninety-Eight (298) briefings were given to 157 CIA employees.
