The Compartmented Information Branch, (CIB), during November deleted 1,512 names from the SPECLE Computer and added 2,143 names bringing the total number of names in SPECLE II to - on record at the end of November 1976. There were 1,790 cable actions and 92 briefings and debriefings conducted by CIB personnel. Twenty-four (24) hardcopy computer reports and five (5) micro fische were supplied to various Intelligence Community customers during November. 2. Three Hundred Thirty-Nine (339) briefings were given to 147 CIA employees. In addition 132 briefings were presented to 43 non-CIA personnel, as follows: U. S.
