MONTHLY HIGHLIGHTS REPORT

1. The Compartmented Information Branch, (CIB), during
December deleted 893 names from the SPECLE Computer and added
1.545 names bringing the total number of names in SPECLE II to
e actions and 158 briefings and debriefings conducted
at the end of December 1976. There were

Community stomers during December.
2. Two Hundred Twenty-Eight (228) briefings were given
to 112 CIA employees. In addition 83 briefings were presented
to 32 non-CIA personnel, as follows:
