SUBJECT: Reinvestigation Program Monthly Report
1. Pursuant to your memorandum, dated 25 April 1978,
a monthly status report of Reinvestigation Program (RIP)
accomplishments has been prepared.
2. During the month of September 1979, 82 field cases
were closed by the Reinvestigation Section. A total of
25X1A field cases have been completed for Fiscal Year 1979.
This total is 245 cases behind the Office goal and 55 cases
ahead of the MBO goal monitored by senior Agency management.
