S. intelligence sources and methods; and advises the 'CT. S. Intelligence Community on security matters of concern and promotes uniform security standards and practices within the community. Eecutive S4- The Executive Staff serves as the policy and planning component of the Offi-e of Security for programs which transcend specific organizational components and provides Office of Security support and alternate member to the Security Committee of the United States Intelligence Board.
