AGENCY-WIDE VACANCY NOTICES
dated 11 3anuary 1973
1. The referenced Headquarters Notice announced the imple-
mentation of an Agency-wide vacancy notice system and advised all
employees that vacancy notice books would be available for review
in their respective administrative offices.
2. Based on limited experience to date, it appears that it
would be beneficial to have one or mare; centrally located Agency-
wide vacancy notice books to which all employees can have easy access.
3. Agency-wide vacancy notice books which are available for
review by all Agency employees are now in the Agency Library,
Collateral Reading Room, 1-H-1129 Headquarters Building, and in
Room 5-E-47 Headquarters Building, Office of Personnel, Staff
Personnel Division. Employees are welcome at any time during
working hours to come to those locatior.~s and review the contents
of the Agency-wide vacancy notice books;.
