Approved For Release X60/09/02 : CIA-RDP83B00823R00060Q0008-6 2 March 1973 MEMORANDUM FOR THE FILE SUBJECT: Long-Range Planning and Management Advisory Group Meeting - 22 February 1973 1. During a period of discussion to identify new areas possible consideration, the following subjects were mentioned: a. In-depth interviews with security officers returni from overseas assignments b. The development of a station security manual c. The development and identification of security generalists. 2. After some discussion, it was considered that the subjects identified are worthy of further consideration. I have briefed the Director of Security on the above items. He is favorably disposed toward the interview of security officers returning from overseas and the development of a station security manual. The generalist development and identification was not presented to him with a view of approval or disapproval since more work needs to be done on the idea and concept before such a determination need be made. 3. Additional thought will be given to the debriefing concept in order to achieve a degree of uniformity and identify the necessary depth of such actions.
