An additional supergrade position is recommended for 4olotion under the proposed reorganization. These 25X9 fourpositions represent a reduction in total supergrade positions within the Office of Security during the past severs1 uonths. The Office of Security agrees with your recommendation that the senior srade levels be reviewed by the Personnel Management and Compensation Division. Indeed, they suqgest that not only SOAi07 grade levels be reviewed, but that the entire reorganization plan be subjected to their scrutiny.
