Gambino Director of Security SUBJECT: Reporting Violations of Law In accordance with guidance received from the Office of General Counsel and pursuant to the requirements of the Office of Security shall report violations 01 aw as ollows: a. Information, allegations, or complaints of violations of the criminal provisions of the United States Code by CIA officers and employees, or relating to CIA affairs, shall be reported-- immediately to the Inspector General. b. Information, allegations, or complaints of violations of Title 18 of the United States Code involving any Government officer and em.- loyee s a1 be exile itiausly r~yportc tie General Counsel and in turn to the Attorney General in compliance with 28 U.S.C. 535. c. Serious violations of Federal or State law (mur er, rape, arme robber),, burglary, etc.) by any person will be reported to the General Counsel to be forwarded to appropriate law enforcement officials.
