This confirms our conversation of yesterday. As the Community
proceeds from the reanalysis of the Korean Scenario Study
and ultimately to an NIE on
Warning in Korea based on the first two efforts, I assume DIA will
expand the existing steering group to include other agencies. While
NFAC has very limited assets, we are most anxious that they participate
in this extremely important project. Arrangements have been made for
