SUBJECT : The Monthly Exercise
1. Attached is the draft footnote that we discussed in our
meeting today. It is understood that this will be attached to
your memorandum of transmittal to your Community colleagues, not
to the memo to the DCI proper.
2. A reminder: The next set of meetings are to be held
15-19 January and the memoranda are due to me by COB 22 January.
I will then prepare a second dry run, and we will meet on 26 January
atlO:00 a.m. in Room 7E62 to review the draft.
3. I think it would be desirable if when you send your
package forward you disseminate copies to each of the other NIOs
immediately. This is simply an extension of request
