SUBJECT : Terms of Reference for the Strategic Warning Staff
1. The Warning Working Group will meet at- 1315 on Friday,
17 August, in Room 7E62, CIA Headquarters to discuss the Terms of
Reference and staffing requirements for the Strategic Warning Staff in
support of DCID 1/5. These matters will be considered by the NFIB in
early September.
2. In order that you may be more fully informed of the direction
in which the SWS is headed, you are invited to send a representative to STAT
the 17 August meeting.
