The draft paper on the Strategic Warning Staff which was
distributed at the Warning Working Group meeting of 2 February
1979 has been reviewed by the Collection Tasking Staff (CTS).
In short, CTS has no problems with this draft and finds it to be
an accurate reflection of the deliberations of the Warning Working
Group. As a result it is recommended that you put this draft
report in final form and send it to the decision-makers.
