SUBJECT: TRW Pilot Crisis Management Interview Program
At the 17 March 1976 meeting of the I&W Task Force I distri-
buted copies of a preliminary report of a pilot program instituted
by TRW Systems Incorporated for the purpose of identifying potential
improvements in crisis management support.
Your comments, suggestions and thoughts on the program would
be appreciated. Specifically, it would be useful if you were to inform
me as to your thoughts on the value of continuing the effort.
In addition, please treat the contents of the preliminary report
as proprietary to TRW.
