SUBJECT . House Appropriations Committee Markup of
FY 1981 Supplemental
1. We have received and distributed to appropriate Community
elements the House Appropriations Committee classified report on
the Community's FY 1981 Supplemental Request.
2. The report is largely concerned with non-programmatic
rpnnrtina adjustments, the net effect of which is a reduction
I jrequested for the 25X1
NFIP). No reductions were made to intelligence related accounts
in the DoD budget.
3. Because there was only a one day interval between House
and Senate action, we were asked to meet with Senate Appropriations
Committee Staffers, Bonner and Rhodes. They agreed to restore
through Senate action the single program cut out by the House:
