New initiatives they agreed to include: - Formulating a physical security seminar for the Community to enhance common understanding of needs and practical solutions. Presentations would be patterned after the very successful seminar SECOM conducts for Community officers who adjudicate SCI access requests (now preparing for its seventh running). - Exploring the feasibility of a Community school for polygraph examiners to be operated as a service of common concern. - Measures to deal with leaks: ? Proposing the DCI offer the services of SECOM's Unauthorized Disclosures Investigations Subcommittee to the Department of Justice to help prioritize intelligence leaks for investigation by the FBI; ? Proposing a Community task force to review past leaks to identify specific effects; ? Pushing for White House action (after the November elections) on the interagency Willard Report submitted by Justice; Supporting an NSA proposal for a cautionary letter from NFIB Principals to their personnel who hold SCI access; and ?
