Long-Range Space Planning
The following information is provided per our discussion of 4 January
regarding the impact of the Capabilities in 85 Study on Long-Range Space
Planning

o Planned increases in personnel through 1983 saturate the
capacity of the Headquarters compound (including the new
building). Constraints include building size and traffic
management.
