Conference Room (7D64) to continue Phase II of this year's long-range planning
exercise. The DDO paper on counterintelligence, previously distributed to you for the
22 April session, will serve as the basis for discussion. You will also be asked for your
approval of the revised covert action paper, which will be forwarded as soon as it is
